Signs of the Zodiac

Signs of the Zodiac is a series of 12 limited edition lithographs by Salvador Dali. This original hand signed print is Libra,  the seventh astrological sign in the Zodiac and is said to be ruled by balance and harmony. The symbol of the scales is taken from the Scales of Justice held by Themis who represents the Greek interpretation of divine law and custom. Another interesting fact is that Libra is the only constellation not represented by an animal. Libra is printed on arches paper and the publisher is Leon Amiel, New York, Paris, 1967. It is number 95 out of 250. The bottom margin shows a little wear otherwise in good condition.
