Saut de la Ravine original watercolor by Louis Claude 1928 is a very rare watercolor by Louis Claude for the publishing house of Sidney Lucas. Mr Lucas lived in France for many years and after starting his publishing company’s Camilla Lucas and the Paris Etching Society in New York City he collaborated with many very talented French artists between the years 1928 and 1966. This is a rare opportunity to purchase the original watercolor that was used for the etchings of this image. The details and color are excellent. Condition is very good with two faint acid tape marks at the top right of the image and a little rough around the edges that can be seen in the photo and will not show when framed.  Signed in pencil in the bottom right margin.
