An exceptional engraving after the painting by H. Baron. Paul Girardet ( 1821-1893 ) was a French engraver known for his engravings after paintings by many 19th century artists. He exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1842 to 1877. This print is in good condition with the usual light toning and wear. There is a small stain in the title but does not impact the image.
