Henri DeGroux (1866-1930) was a Belgian Symbolist painter, sculptor and lithographer. He was known for his allegorical, religious and historical subject matter. He became an inspired witness of the First World War (1914-1918) and produced many works depicting the horrors of that time. This series of lithographs and etchings are a powerful statement by the artist. They are all in excellent condition and very rare. Limited Edition 28 of 100. This print is hand signed in pencil.
