Oliver Wendell Holmes

Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. (1809-1894) was an American physician, professor, lecturer and author. He was affiliated with Dartmouth and Harvard Universities and many of his works were published in the Atlantic Monthly. This is a dark impression in good condition . His son Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. was the famous justice on the U.S. Supreme Court.
