Navajo Maiden

Navajo Maiden by  Ray Swanson ( 1937-2004 )  is  from his 1975 Indian Legacy collection of young Native American children. A very beautiful and serene portrait by this American artist. While living in Prescott, AZ. Ray made frequent trips to the Navajo Reservation. His love and fascination with the Navajo culture resulted in his portraits of the Navajo Elders and the Navajo children dressed in their colorful traditional attire. Navajo Maiden is a limited edition print signed by the artist and numbered 475 out of 500. In very good condition with a slight wrinkle in bottom margin. Original certificate included.
