Indian Rancheria

Indian Rancheria is a photogravure by Julian Walbridge Rix (1851-1903) who was a well-known American, San Francisco artist in the 1880’s and 90’s. He was noted for his  etchings which were included in a popular book published in 1888 Picturesque California, the Rocky Mountains and the Pacific Slope edited by John Muir ,  J. Dewing Publishing Company, 1888. This print is from that publication and is in good condition.
