Girl With Dog

Marcel Vertes (1895 – 1961) although born in Hungary, lived in Paris for most of his artistic life. He was known for capturing the spirit of 1920’s Paris with his portrayals of the Paris street scenes, women, circus and cabaret acts. This signed limited edition lithograph, numbered 23/100, is in good condition. The outside edge has 2 small tears and a small hole on top edge, outside plate mark. There are three water spots inside plate mark but not in the image.
