Couple In Park

Marcel Vertes (1895 – 1961) although born in Hungary, lived in Paris for most of his artistic life. He was known for capturing the spirit of 1920’s Paris with his portrayals of the Paris street scenes, women, circus and cabaret acts. This original lithograph with watercolor is signed in pencil on the back of the paper by the artist  and also in the plate. In good condition with some damage at the corners , not in the image.
